About the role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator Intern who is passionate about content production and digital engagement. In this role, you will help manage and enhance Trustline Digital’s and our clients’ social media presence through engaging content creation, strategic planning, and effective management. You will have the unique opportunity to be on camera, filming and producing videos that showcase our brand. Collaborating closely with our design and marketing team, you will bring innovative ideas to life and support our digital marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment.This is an excellent opportunity to hone your skills in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives and deliver tailored content solutions.
  • Develop and implement content calendars for Trustline Digital and client social media profiles, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Generate high-quality written content and plan video content, including brainstorming ideas and scripting for various social media platforms.
  • Act as the on-camera personality for Trustline Digital’s video content, including filming and presenting videos.
  • Publish and schedule content across multiple social media channels, monitor engagement, and respond to audience interactions.
  • Create reports to track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field.
  • Have hands-on experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Feel comfortable being on camera and have a confident, personable presence for video content.
  • Are passionate about creating engaging content and staying updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Are creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate ideas effectively.

Interview Process:

  • Step 1: Skill Assessment - After reviewing your application, you’ll receive an online assessment focusing on content creation and social media management concepts. This test will include a mix of multiple-choice and practical tasks, and you’ll have up to 1 hour to complete it.
  • Step 2: Initial Interview - We’ll schedule an interview to get to know you better, discuss your background, experience, and your approach to social media content creation.
  • Step 3: Follow-up Call/Interview - Based on your performance in the assessment, we’ll arrange a follow-up interview to review your results and discuss your fit for the role. If everything aligns, we’ll extend an offer.

Logistics

  • This is a 3-month internship based in Dubai. 
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 
  • Applicants must currently hold a valid UAE residence visa that allows legal internships in the country.
