Our hiring process
The interview process here at Trustline varies based on the role and the candidate, but our standard process looks something like this.
Step 1
Apply
Submit your resume and cover letter via our website.
Step 2
Skills assessment
Candidates will then be required to complete a skills assessment relevant to the role. This assessment is designed to mimic real tasks and challenges you might face in the workplace, evaluating both practical and creative abilities. The specific format and time limit of the assessment will vary depending on the role.
We include these assessments to ensure an unbiased and well-informed hiring decision. The assessments give us insight into how candidates may perform in the actual role, while also allowing candidates to experience the types of challenges they might encounter. We understand that these assessments take time and effort, but we believe they are an important complement to interviews and reference checks.
Step 3
Screening and Final Interviews
You’ll have an interview with the Hiring Manager or a member of your potential team, which will include both role-specific questions and discussions about culture and team fit. After the interview, we’ll ask for references and have you chat with our leadership team. If all goes well, we’ll make you an offer!
