Here's what we did for them

1. Web design & development

Our process began with discovery and research. We learned about their goals, explored their audience, and analyzed the competitive and keyword landscape to inform our strategy. From there, we designed a streamlined sitemap, intuitive user journeys, and clean wireframes that prioritized clarity and ease of use.

With structure in place, we moved into mockups and full copywriting. Every line of text and design element was crafted to reflect TechPreneur’s purpose and communicate it effectively. The result was a site that felt modern, intelligent, and accessible to both technical and non-technical users.

We then brought it to life with clean, scalable code. From responsive layouts to smooth interactions and animations, every part of the site was built for performance and usability. We optimized it for fast load times, strong SEO foundations, and seamless navigation across devices. Even after launch, we continue to support and maintain the site, making improvements as TechPreneur grows.

2. Social Media Marketing

TechPreneur didn’t have an Instagram presence when we started, so we launched their account from scratch. We began with in-depth research to guide our approach, diving into their industry, analyzing competitors, and identifying opportunities. From there, we developed a detailed Instagram strategy, aligning with the client on goals, target audience, tone of voice, messaging direction, and content types before creating anything.

Once the strategy was locked in, we moved into monthly content planning. We created shared content calendars outlining every post, format, caption, and creative brief, ensuring full transparency and alignment. Our design and video team then brought each post to life, from editing reels to designing scroll-stopping graphics.

After content approval, we scheduled all posts a month in advance, allowing the client to stay hands-off while maintaining a consistent online presence. This cycle continues today, with new content calendars, assets, and scheduling handled monthly as TechPreneur’s brand grows.

3. Video production

TechPreneur wanted a video that could introduce their company with clarity and impact. Something that would speak to potential clients and partners across sectors. We began with creative development, brainstorming multiple video concepts for the client to choose from. Once a direction was selected, we got to work writing a full script, including voiceover lines, key messaging, and a scene-by-scene breakdown of how the story would unfold.

From there, we created a detailed storyboard that mapped out every shot, ensuring a clear vision before filming began. Our team handled all pre-production logistics, including permits and planning, and then flew out to Qatar for a multi-day shoot at the selected locations.

After filming wrapped, we delivered all raw content to the client and immediately began editing the final video. Guided by the approved script and storyboard, we crafted a clean, high-impact edit that reflected TechPreneur’s vision, tone, and brand identity. The result was a versatile promotional asset that continues to support their business development efforts across platforms.
