TechPreneur didn’t have an Instagram presence when we started, so we launched their account from scratch. From there, we developed a detailed Instagram strategy, aligning with the client on goals, target audience, tone of voice, messaging direction, and content types before creating anything.
Once the strategy was locked in, we moved into monthly content planning. We created shared content calendars outlining every post, format, caption, and creative brief, ensuring full transparency and alignment. Our design and video team then brought each post to life, from editing reels to designing scroll-stopping graphics.
After content approval, we scheduled all posts a month in advance, allowing the client to stay hands-off while maintaining a consistent online presence. This cycle continues today, with new content calendars, assets, and scheduling handled monthly as TechPreneur’s brand grows.
