If you have multiple Pages, make sure you are viewing the correct business at the top of the screen.
Overview of the Leads Center screen
When Leads Center opens, you’ll usually see a few main areas:
Views
At the top left, you can switch between two ways of looking at your leads:
- Pipeline view – shows your leads in columns by stage (for example: Intake, Qualified, Converted).
- Table view – shows your leads in a list, similar to a spreadsheet, with one row per lead.
You can choose whichever view feels more natural for you.
Filters and summary
Across the top, you’ll see:
- A summary bar showing the number of intake leads, converted leads, and conversion rate.
- Filters for dates, Status, Source, Labels, and more.
Lead list
In both views, there is a list of leads:
- In Pipeline view, leads are grouped inside stage columns.
- In Table view, leads appear in a table with columns such as Date added, Name, Stage, Source, Assigned to, Channel, Status, and Reminder.
Lead details panel and stages
When you click a lead, a details panel opens where you can see:
- Contact information
- Answers to the form questions
- Which campaign or form they came from
- Notes and reminders
- The Assigned to field (which team member is handing this lead)
- The Stage field (where the lead is in your process)
Updating the stage and notes here keeps your pipeline accurate and your follow ups organized.
Step by step use Leads Center daily
Check new leads
Make it a habit to check Leads Center at least once per working day.
- Sort by Date added or look for leads with a status like Intake.
- Open each new lead to see their details and what they are interested in.
Assign leads to team members
If multiple people in your team handle leads:
- Use the Assigned to option in the lead details.
- Assign each lead to the salesperson responsible.
- Ask each person to work from their own filtered view.
This avoids confusion and makes accountability much clearer.
Contact the lead quickly
From the lead details panel, you will see their phone number, email, and any other fields included on the form. Fast follow up usually gives much better results.
Update the lead status
After you reach out, update the lead status so your team always knows what is happening.
Custom Stages Example: Contacted, Follow up scheduled, Proposal sent.
Pick stages that reflect your real process and update them consistently.
Add notes
Use the notes area to record any important details, such as the date of your last conversation, budget, or next steps.
Use labels to add extra detail
Labels let you add another layer of information on top of stages (e.g., Priority, Engagement, Source detail).
You can then filter by these labels inside Leads Center to focus on specific groups like "High priority" or "Event leads".
Use filters to stay organized
Leads Center filters are very helpful when you start getting more volume.
- Lead status: Show only "Follow up" leads.
- Date range: See all leads from this week or month.
- Labels: Filter by your custom labels.
- Assigned team member: Filter by owner.
Add leads from other sources
If you’re receiving leads from other channels (website forms, WhatsApp, Google Ads, etc.), you can also add them into Leads Center.
- At the top right of Leads Center, click Add leads.
- Select Create lead (manual) or Upload leads (bulk).
This lets you manage all your leads together in one place.
Export your leads
If you prefer to work in a spreadsheet or in your own CRM, look for the Download option in the top toolbar.
